Membership Agreement

Welcome to PawYah.com. This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your registration and use of your PawYah account and related services. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

To create an account on PawYah.com, you must:

Provide truthful information when placing orders or registering QR Pet Tags.

Refrain from attempting to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

4. QR Pet Tag Registration

Members may register QR Pet Tags purchased from PawYah.

By registering a QR Pet Tag, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You may update your pet’s information at any time through your account.
Information displayed after a QR code scan depends on the data you choose to share.
PawYah is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information entered by users.

5. Orders and Payments

Members may purchase products through PawYah.com.

All orders are subject to:

Violates this Agreement.
Provides false or misleading information.
Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Attempts to compromise the security or operation of the website.

Termination may occur without prior notice when required to protect PawYah or its users.

9. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, PawYah does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

QR Pet Tag services are intended to assist in reconnecting lost pets with their owners but cannot guarantee the recovery of any pet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawYah shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of profits or business opportunities.
Data loss resulting from user error or third-party actions.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
